RELATIONSHIPS
WITH
PURPOSE.

The objective is not networking. It is turning relationships and opportunities into projects with a concrete outcome.

Strategic institutional work connects authorities, culture, sport, territories and international partners around initiatives that require vision, coordination and the ability to bring different actors into the same project.

Selected projects

From opportunity to project.

A relationship becomes strategically relevant when it can generate cultural, territorial or international value.

Milano Cortina 2026 · Pompeii

A global event becomes a territorial opportunity.

The journey of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Flame through Pompeii created an opportunity to connect the international visibility of the Games with one of the world's most recognisable cultural sites.

During the Pompeii stage, Mario Muscariello accompanied Jackie Chan in his role as torchbearer, within the institutional programme surrounding the arrival and celebration of the Flame.

The same international platform, a different territory.

In Roccaraso and the Alto Sangro, the Olympic Flame became part of a completely different territorial narrative: winter sport, mountain identity and one of Central Italy's principal ski destinations.

The project shows how an international opportunity can be interpreted around the distinctive character of a place rather than repeated in the same form.

Culture · Teatro di San Carlo × Pompeii

Bringing institutions together around a shared cultural project.

The institutional agreement involving the City of Pompeii and Teatro di San Carlo represents another form of strategic project-building: creating the conditions for major cultural institutions and territories to work within a shared framework.

The agreement was publicly presented at Teatro di San Carlo in Naples, bringing together representatives of the City of Pompeii, the Teatro di San Carlo Foundation and the Archaeological Park of Pompeii.

Entrepreneurial mindset

Institutional opportunity-building also needs project discipline.

Entrepreneurial experience influences the way opportunities are assessed.

Who are the right counterparts? What is the objective? Which route is realistic? What creates value for the territory? These are project questions before they are protocol questions.

From project to institutional execution.
