The standard production times are as follows: Shirt: 4 weeks; Jacket: 5 weeks; Pants: 5 weeks; Suit: 6 weeks.

For custom orders, production times start from the initial measurement. If no intermediate measurements are required, the times are the same as those for standard sizes. Otherwise, the times will depend and will be communicated during the initial measurement phase.

• COTTON – Wash in cold (30°C or below) water, whether using a washing machine or washing by hand. Give garments a gentle stretch when they come out of the wash to get them back into shape. Always air dry: dry clothes flat and out of the sun if possible
• LINEN – Linen becomes softer and more absorbent after each wash, which is pretty neat. Wash linen on low temperatures (30°C or below), and preferably soft, water. Use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to protect the fibers.
• JERSEY – Hand-washing is always the best and safest method for washing jersey. Wash in cold (less than 30°C). Rinse well by running cool water through the item until the water is no longer soapy. Do not wring. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER. Putting your jersey in the dryer can cause damage even on the no-heat, tumble setting, so you want to avoid using the dryer if possible.
• WOOL – Turn wool clothes inside-out. Wash by hand using delicate soap. Rinse well by running cool water through the item until the water is no longer soapy. To avoid shrinking, don’t put wool clothing in the dryer.

SHIPPING: Delivery times follow those of production, which, depending on the requested customizations, may be extended, but never beyond 8 weeks from the order date (except for custom orders, which may have longer lead times). Order cancellations will not be accepted after 72 hours from purchase. By “purchase,” we mean any order that has been regularly submitted and correctly paid, even if the amount has not been definitively collected within the next 7 days, during which we will confirm the start of production.

It is crucial to provide a functioning email address, as three crucial notifications will be sent: “Order confirmed,” “Production started,” and “Order completed and shipped.”
